HOLIDAY GIFTS

here are some art work that I gave
as Christmas Presents b/c I was a bit
cheap this season. the first three are of
my Aunt, Uncle and Cousin. I did them
exactly like the ones I drew for my mom
of me and my bros. The three turned out
alright I think I nailed my uncle the best
and I'm probably most pleased with that
one. I had some trouble with my Aunt,
she was very tricky to catch a likeness.
Maybe b/c her hair is always different in
every pic that I was studying, however I
think i got pretty close. Then my lil cuz
wasn't too hard and I think I got a likeness.
the last one is based of old movie mosters
and there going to the beach. I did this b/c
my dad had a towel he liked that featured
old movie monsters in kinda 50's themed clothing
and riding a cadilac for a lil beach bash. So
I did the same thing but zapped it in my own style
and set it to a graphical style with a hint
of art deco. I think it turned out nicely however
I wasn't very sure about the background or what
to put back there so I think it could be improved.

VIXENS

hey yal, was kinda bored over the winter break and so i was experimenting
with some characters from marvel and though up a cool concept for an all
girl super hero team. I did some extensive research and came up with 6 women
for the job and customized them in my style; i'm debating on doing a fan comic
or not. take a gander.

Invisible Woman
(Sue Storm)

 Clea

 She Hulk

Elektra

Venus Dee Milo

namora
(please don't sue marvel XD)

speaking re-vamping styles i drew these hannah barbera
characters in my style a while ago, and i thought it was
pretty fun and cool so check them out and see if you know
which one is who
black panter
cyclops
gambit
rogue
wolverine

so here are some more art work i did over the summer,
it's usually not my style to draw other peoples characters
but i was really bored and i do flirt with the idea of some
marvel characters and stories and how i would re-event
them. They're all pretty much the same look except for
black panther on the very top. I wanted him to look even
more stealthy and more like a ninja than how they portray
him in the comics. The x-men are costumes are more based
on the movies b/c i really think they got that right, plus i think
masks, depending on the person, are over rated

here are some more drawings I did at six flags
over the summer. One of the drawings is of
my mananger whom, actually trained me my
first year out there. He's a very good artist and
a heck of a teacher, I really doubt there's any one
better who can teach you the basics or knows a young
growing artists mind better than Ryan Roe
